Refund timing

Once approved, we normally initiate the refund within 3 business days through the original or mutually agreed payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Pre-order delays

If a pre-order cannot be delivered within the promised delivery window, you may cancel the delayed item and request a refund of the applicable advance payment. If you prefer to continue waiting, we will provide an updated delivery estimate.

Delivery charges and discounts

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts. Completed delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to Himalaya.bd or applicable law requires otherwise.
